Keith is the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President of Brammer. Since joining the company in 1982, Keith has been involved in all phases of the company's drilling and production engineering and field operations. Keith became President of the company in 1993 and assumed his current position in 1995 when he acquired ownership of the company from its founder L. R. Brammer, Jr. Throughout his career at Brammer, Keith has particularly enjoyed working with others to grow the company and drive customer service to provide a valuable product to the industry. Keith also enjoys mentoring young people when and where the opportunity arises.

Keith earned a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1980 and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Texas, and seven other states. Keith's commitment to his community has led him to serve in several leadership roles over the years; in 2019 he was inducted as a Junior Achievement Laureate into the North Louisiana Business Hall of Fame. Keith's passion and greatest blessing is his family; his wife Karen, three grown children and their spouses, and ten grandchildren.

Robert Kyle earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston in 1991. Robert then attended the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1994. He has been admitted to practice law in Louisiana since 1994. Robert is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and a past member of The Harry V. Booth-Judge Henry A. Politz American Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen.

Robert joined Brammer in 2007; he is responsible for managing the company's land staff and also for managing and maintaining contracts, risk management, and other varied insurance and legal matters. Robert is also involved in public and client relations and marketing and serves on Brammer's Management Committee. Prior to joining Brammer, Robert was a partner with Lemle & Kelleher, L.P., where his focus was in the areas of natural gas pipelines, oil and gas, municipal transactions, and civil defense. Robert is active in the community, having served on various church councils and as President of the Alumni Association for Louisiana Tech University. Robert is also actively involved in the Dixie Boys Baseball Program.

David Hankins joined Brammer in June 2016. Prior to that, he worked for a consulting firm as a project engineer in drilling, completion, and workover operations throughout South Louisiana. He interned at Brammer during the summer of 2013. David earned his M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 2014 after having earned his B.S. degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Mississippi in Oxford in 2011. As a completion and production engineer, David is responsible for daily production operations, AFE preparation, and workover procedures. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Ginger earned her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She has over 25 years of accounting experience, with much of that experience being specific to oil and gas. She began working for Brammer Engineering in 2009. She first served as a Joint Interest Billing Analyst and later as the Joint Interest Billing Supervisor. After a short term as Corporate Credit Manager at a manufacturing company, she returned to Brammer in the role of Controller in 2023. Ginger enjoys working with our clients to meet their specific needs and wants each client to feel as if they have a personal relationship with our accounting group.

Prior to joining Brammer, Phillip worked in various IT positions for Arkla, Inc., NORAM, Houston Industries, and Reliant Resources. He joined Brammer in 2003 and is responsible for managing all of the technology infrastructure, applications, and data for Brammer and the company's clients. In 1983, she became a regulatory analyst until her responsibilities increased in 1987 when she became drilling assistant/executive assistant to Keith Evans. In 1994, Debbie was appointed to the Board of Directors as corporate secretary and in 2006, her responsibilities for Brammer were expanded to include payroll administration. Debbie earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Bossier Parish Community College in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Chris Aymond, CPL, has been joined Brammer in 1999. His job responsibilities include title research, leasehold research, well history information, oil and gas acquisition, unitization, due diligence, curative, division of interest, surface damages, pipeline right-of-way acquisition, and myriad other land activities. Chris has worked in North Dakota, Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. He is certified in Energy Renewables through the AAPL. He earned a B.S. degree in Education from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. Chris is currently a member of the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen, American Association of Professional Landmen, National Association of Lease and Title Analysts, National Association of Division Order Analysts and the East Texas Association of Professional Landmen. He also serves as an advisor for the Red River Desk and Derrick Club.

Larry attended Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, where he earned a B.S. degree in Chemistry. He is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Academy of Industrial Hygiene. In 2007, Larry served on an ad hoc committee and helped establish the East Texas Chapter of the National STEPS Network, an alliance between the employers in the oil and gas industry and OSHA. He has also served as President for that chapter for four annual terms since its inception.Larry joined Brammer in 2005; his current responsibilities include providing health and safety program development and maintenance services for various clients, as well as developing and conducting health and safety-related training for clients and Brammer employees. Larry is a certified PEC SafeLand/SafeGulf and Core Compliance Instructor as well as a Hydrogen Sulfide Trainer and a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor as qualified by the American Heart Association. Larry began his career as a chemist with Velsicol Chemical Corporation, and also worked for Honeywell/UOP in the North Shreveport area. Larry formerly was an adjunct professor for Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) in Bossier City, Louisiana and instructed two OSHA-related safety courses in BPCC's Oil and Gas Petroleum Technology curriculum.

In 2023, Destiny joined the Brammer Oil & Gas Operations team taking on the role as Client Manager. In addition to working with our operating clients to help facilitate requests, she also helps Brammer manage inquiries from our non-operating working interest owners and royalty owners.

Destiny has 8 years' experience working in the oil and gas sector. During this time, she specialized in helping clients analyze mineral interests for proper payment, generating support documents for litigation purposes, and accounting for small independent operating companies. She also has experience with state regulatory filings.

Destiny is a member of the Council of Petroleum Accountants Society (COPAS) and National Association of Royalty Owners (NARO). Destiny has served as a board member and President of the Petroleum Accountant's Society of the Ark-La-Tex Committee. She also earned her Registered Mineral Manager certification through the NARO organization. As a graduate of Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Destiny received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing.

Prior to joining Brammer in May 2018, Christopher interned for the company during the summer of 2017. He graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge May of 2018. Christopher received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering with a Minor in Energy. He began his career at Brammer working as an Environmental Specialist and was responsible for the Development of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC Plans), Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments, NORM management, and served as Liaison between Brammer's clients and regulatory agencies. He earned his B.S. degree from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and has an Advanced Safety Certificate from the National Safety Council. Peyton is a lifetime outdoor enthusiast and volunteers as a coach for various youth sport leagues.

Amanda Wallace joined Brammer in 2010. She handles the regulatory needs of all existing clients, as well as managing incoming work for new clients. Amanda is responsible for filing drilling permit applications, completion paperwork, injection-related documents, work permits for existing wells, change of operator forms for acquisitions, and other forms and filings with multiple state and federal agencies.

Amanda also handles production reporting and provides leadership and training to the production analysts in the regulatory group. She is experienced in filing state reports in Texas, Louisiana, and other states, as well as filing production on cross unit horizontal wells. Amanda handles complex allocations, surface commingling applications for both oil and gas, and assists clients with researching production history for new acquisitions.

Jim Watts joined Brammer in January 2008 as a production engineer. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, where he earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana and Texas. In February 2021, Brammer purchased Echometer well analysis equipment; Jim has managed that equipment and performed all field tests for Brammer. The field tests have included fluid level shots to determine static and producing bottom hole pressures in both rod pumping and gas wells, dual shots to verify holes in tubing, tracking plungers, and running dynamometer tests. He provides well analysis reports and recommendations for every tested well. Jim has managed production operations for oil and gas wells in North Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming, and Kansas, with an emphasis on oil production using beam pumps and electrical submersible pumps. Jim commonly uses RODSTAR for sucker rod and downhole pump design and troubleshooting, and has a working knowledge of plunger lift, gas lift, and progressive cavity pumps. He also writes procedures and associated AFE's for various types of well work. Jim is active with the SPE Lou-Ark Section and has been an officer for 11 years.

David has worked as an independent contractor for Brammer since 2004. Prior to that, he worked at Hickey & Sons Construction for 6 years, and Harrco Construction Co. for 12 years installing production facilities, pipelines, and compressor stations, as well as performing maintenance on them. He recently joined the Brammer team as a full-time employee, bringing years of experience and knowledge of the oil and gas industry with him.

David is responsible for the quality and cost of installation, the safety of all contractors, ordering equipment and materials for installation, and daily record keeping and reports. His areas of operations include Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Ohio and Idaho.
